EICC’s CE division offers classes throughout Eastern Iowa. Whether you are at an EICC campus or off-site, instructors are required to:
Leave all rooms and equipment as you find them or better.
If furniture is moved for a class activity, return the room to its original arrangement before leaving.
Check the room for litter and/or lost articles. Take articles left behind to the site office. If there is no site receptionist, take the lost article, and notify your program manager.
Smoking is prohibited in all public buildings Designated smoking areas may be provided outside the facility.
Do not borrow equipment from another classroom.
Monitor the volume of audiovisual equipment and/or classroom activity to minimize disruption of the activities in adjacent classrooms. Generally, keep the classroom doors closed.
Do not relocate a class without approval from your program manager.
