Mechanical Design Technology, Diploma

The Mechanical Design Technology program prepares students with the skills of computer-aided design (CAD), critical thinking, problem-solving, math, science, team building and communication, needed for today’s manufacturing jobs.

The Mechanical Design Technology program includes proficiencies required by industry that applies directly to the world of work.

The diploma in Mechanical Design Technology teaches overall theory to Mechanical Design by completing the first year of the AAS program. Students may opt to continue in the AAS for more hands-on experience.
