Campus: Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges

The Culinary Arts Diploma is a 32 credit award that can be completed in 2 terms. Classes provide students with the basic skills to work as an assistant in the industry. In addition to course work, students will be required to complete two practicum experiences. The Culinary Arts Diploma ladders into the Culinary Arts AAS.
