This course provides the student with an introductory hands-on experience at a designated clinical site. Students will be participating in the following activities: preparation, aseptic technique, prioritization of duties, use of time, professional and personal habits, safety and ethical aspects, and skill set. 148.5 Clinical Hrs.

Corequisite(s): Previous or concurrent enrollment in SUR 225 and SUR 330.
