HSE 225 - Legal Aspects of Occupational Safety and Health 3.00 Credit(s)
This course provides a study of legal implications of legislation as it applies to environmental, health, and safety in the workplace. Students concentrate on regulatory, common, and administrative law; mandatory and voluntary compliance; and applicable government agencies and their roles. Additionally, students are introduced to the professional code of ethics of an environmental, health, and safety person. 59.4 Lec. Hrs.
