HCM 182 - Intermediate Baking 3.00 Credit(s)
This course is designed for students with a fundamental knowledge of baking. The students will learn to bake a variety of items such as breads, custards, and cakes. The students will use their creativity in this class as well as follow variations of recipes. Science and math are a large part of this course. 19.8 Lec. Hrs. / 79.2 Lab Hrs.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of C in HCM 100 and HCM 116
